Brand & Partner Matchmaking

The right local partner is the difference between a market entry and an expensive warehouse. We find them, vet them, and align their incentives with yours.

Why Matching Comes First

Most failed expansions are not strategy failures. They are staffing failures — a distributor with no reason to prioritise you, or a country manager hired from a CV rather than a track record.

We start every engagement here because nothing downstream works without it. Infrastructure, capital, and marketing all amplify whoever is running the market. Get that person wrong and you are amplifying the wrong thing.

Our matching is competitive on both sides: brands are assessed for proven demand and unit economics, operators for local channel access and delivery history. Neither side is simply introduced to whoever is available.

The process

How a Match Is Made

1

1. Brand Validation

We review your home-market traction, margin structure, and category fit to confirm the product can carry a cross-border launch.

2

2. Market Shortlisting

We narrow to the one or two markets where your category, price point, and channel model actually have room — not the largest markets, the winnable ones.

3

3. Competitive Partner Selection

We run a selection process across local managers, channel distributors, and affiliated investor networks in the shortlisted market.

4

4. Structuring the Partnership

We set the shared-success terms, responsibilities, and brand guardrails so both sides earn from the same outcome.

What you get

Inside the Engagement

Vetted Operator Pipeline

Access to local managers and distributors already assessed for channel access, financial standing, and delivery history.

Sector-Matched Screening

Candidates screened against your specific category — retail, DTC e-commerce, consumer goods, fashion, or technology.

Aligned Deal Structure

Shared-incentive terms drafted so your partner's upside depends on the market performing, not on a retainer.

Brand Equity Guardrails

Positioning, pricing, and channel rules agreed up front so local agility never costs you brand consistency.

Common questions

How long does matching take?

Validation and shortlisting typically move quickly; the competitive partner selection is the longer stage because we would rather wait for the right operator than place an available one.

Can I bring my own local partner?

Yes. If you already have someone in the market, we can assess the fit and structure the partnership around them rather than replacing them.

What happens after a match is agreed?

The partnership moves into our Accelerator Support Services, where the legal, financial, HR, marketing, and logistics backbone is set up for the launch.
